Lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and Business Law Specialist from the Externado University of Colombia.
He is currently the director of the litigation practice of both RINCÓN-CUELLAR & ASOCIADOS and Playlegal. He has extensive experience primarily in civil, commercial, administrative, insolvency, and arbitration cases. He has represented the legal counsel in dozens of cases before the ordinary courts, the Players' Statute Commission of the Colombian Football Federation (FCF), the Jurisdictional Delegation of the SIC and the Superintendency of Finance, as well as various arbitration tribunals.
He has extensive training and experience in compliance, developing and implementing various compliance programs for companies in various sectors. He has also advised various clients in the construction, engineering, sports, and entertainment sectors, among others. He is currently a coach for the national and international arbitration group at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and serves as an adjunct professor of general procedural law at the Universidad del Bosque.
