A lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, he currently serves as Legal Coordinator at Playlegal.
He has experience in sports law, entertainment law, commercial law, and arbitration, both national and international. Previously, he worked as an attorney in the litigation practice of the firm RINCÓN-CUELLAR & ASOCIADOS, where he participated in dozens of civil proceedings before the ordinary courts, the Office of the Jurisdictional Delegation of the SIC and the Superfinanciera, and various arbitration tribunals.
He is the coach of the International Arbitration Team at the Universidad Nacional Colombia, which participates in various Moot Courts held in Latin America, North America, and Europe. He was also a member of this team for over three years, during which time he represented the University as a keynote speaker in five different competitions. In 2022, he was recognized as the fourth best speaker out of more than 100 participating speakers in the 15th International Arbitration Competition held by the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Guadalajara, Mexico.
He is a member of the Colombian Sports Law Association (ACODEPOR) and the Circle of Young Commercialists, an organization affiliated with the College of Commercial Lawyers (CAC).
He has been involved in the music industry for many years, having alternated between playing clarinet and being part of the Paipa Symphonic Band from 2009 to 2021, achieving various international accolades. In 2019, as a member of this group, he won the 133rd International Band Competition in Valencia (Spain), the oldest band competition in the world, thus becoming the first Latin American band in history to win said competition. He also recorded an album with the Paipa Symphonic Band, which will be released in 2023.
