He has extensive experience in entertainment law, sports law, international contracts, corporate law, intellectual property, construction, private equity, corporate governance, technology, business structuring, and family partnerships.
He is a Founding Partner and Director of the firm RINCÓN-CUÉLLAR & ASOCIADOS, Sports Law Arbitrator at the Chamber of Commerce of Cali (Colombia), Arbitrator at the Chambers of Commerce of Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Cartagena (Colombia), International Arbitrator at the Chamber of Commerce of Lima (Peru), Arbitrator at the Ankawa International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center (Peru), Foreign Arbitrator at the Chamber of Commerce of San Salvador (El Salvador), Arbitrator at the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia, Friendly Mediator at the Chambers of Commerce of Bogotá and Cali (Colombia), and a member of the Boards of Directors of several Latin American companies. He also currently serves as a Partner at Playlegal.
He is a Professor of International Contracting and Private International Law at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Colombia, Professor of International Contracting at the Central American University "José Simeón Cañas" (San Salvador, El Salvador), and Professor of Corporate Governance at the Universidad de los Andes.
He is President of the Intellectual Property Commission of ICC Colombia and is also a member of the Colombian Sports Law Association (ACODEPOR).
